Announcing Our New Associate, Katherine E. Polking
MendenFreiman LLP is pleased to announce that Katherine E. Polking has joined the firm as an associate. She was previously employed with Wallace Morrison & Casteel, LLP, and Roger A. Kirschenbaum, P.C.
Katherine joins the firm’s wills, trusts, estate planning and estate administration practice areas and will focus on drafting estate planning documents, including wills and trusts, with the goal of meeting each client’s unique goals and desires. In addition, she will help guide clients through the probate, trust and estate administration processes.

Katherine received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Iowa in 2007 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis in 2012. While at St. Thomas, she was Senior Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Katherine is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
