Announcing Our New Partner, Roger A. Kirschenbaum

Roger joins MendenFreiman after 22 years of managing a solo practice as of counsel to Wagner, Johnston & Rosenthal, P.C., in Sandy Springs. He received his J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from Emory University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and is a past chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. In addition, Roger currently serves on the Emory University Gift Planning Advisory Council.
