Cassandra (Casey) L. Tuchscher

Associate

Casey Tuchscher is an associate in MendenFreiman’s tax controversy and collection and tax planning practice areas. She joined the firm in 2019 and is proficient in conducting extensive research on various tax law matters and at evaluating and assessing complicated tax law issues. Casey enjoys helping clients better understand the laws that govern taxation and what is required of them to remain in compliance.

She previously served as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk with Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, and as a Student Attorney with the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
